Calthorpe Estates is officially property company of the year

Calthorpe Estates has been chosen as West Midlands ‘Property Company of the Year’ in the 2009 EG Awards.

The prestigious awards are run by property ‘bible’, Estates Gazette and judged by the most influential decision-makers in the property community including advisers, developers, planners, investors, owners, occupiers and the public sector.

The company will now automatically go on to the contender list for the overall national award for which voting opens in May, from which a shortlist of three will be created.
